Learning 2.0
Things are changing so quickly with emerging technologies that Learning 2.0 provides a vehicle for trying to keep up with the changes on the web. I have found a neat free ebook about Learning 2.0 at http://www.missiontolearn.com/blog/2008/02/learning-20-ebook-free/. In fact the website http://www.missiontolearn.com/ is really fascinating and worth a visit.
I hope this course will help me keep up with emerging technologies and enchance my web experiences.
What do you think about Lifelong Learning? Use it or lose it applies to the brain and hopefully by being a lifelong learner I will avoid the dementia that has occurred within my family.
What other blogs have you discovered? I just read the Real Public Librarian blog - it's very cheerful and inspiring.?
Can you see a use for blogs inside the Library? I can see a use for blogs in our library - updating new releases available, craft activities for children etc. However our computer system is not designed to allow blogging.
